I'd like to teach the world to see

Today in choir we previewed a new song. "I'd like to teach the world to sing (in perfect harmony)." The funny thing was that this was the song that touched my heart, when we sang it in elementary school. As a child, this was the song that allowed me to create a beautiful vision of the world, and feel like I had purpose for being in it. We can see the beauty in the world, no matter what it looks like on the outside. Each person is playing their part in the great unfolding mystery of life. Teaching the world to sing, in a way teaches the world to see through truth, light, and love.

For a moment I thought I was finished with this post. Yet, the full circle has a third part. Over the last few years, the christ light expansion meditation has became a powerful living practice to stay in this field of truth, light and love. This meditation has helped me to live into my life purpose, connect to my heart, the heart of humanity, and the heart of Mother Earth.

Beloved

I feel my Beloved on a soul level. My Beloved meets me in the middle. We meet at the center point of levity and gravity in our waking life. My Beloved accepts all of me. We dance. We play. We pray. We sing. My I Am Presence meets the I AM Presence of my Beloved in the mirror. We embrace in the grass, by the shore, on the mountain top. I am Love and so are You.

Wisdom in the Palms

There is wisdom in the palms. Perhaps, it's because I have barn owls in the neighboring palm trees, or maybe it's a message in itself to allow deeper wisdom to see through the darkness. And still, it is comforting to hear them, the snoring and squawking, from a bird that was so mysterious and elusive to me before. I have been so elusive to this landscape, until now. Questioning my return to leave again. And now staying. As I feel free, and allow the palm to teach me about being strong and flexible, and withstanding the winds and flames.
